NRL grand final outsiders Parramatta Eels have named their team for Sunday's show piece, with captain Naythan Cayless named at prop.

According to the Eels' official website, Cayless has a battle on to be fit for the season finale after injuring his hamstring in Friday's 22-12 preliminary final win over the Bulldogs.

The Eels are on odds of 2.52 for the win in Betfair's NRL betting market, with Melbourne Storm the favourites on 1.64.

However, The Eels do have some selection consistency, with coach Daniel Anderson able to name the same side which played the Bulldogs.

Nathan Hindmarsh is included and will become the Eel with the second-highest number of appearances ever when he plays on Sunday.

Currently on 259 games, he will chalk up 260 appearances and surpass Ray Price to place himself behind Brett Kenny, still top of the tree on 265 Eels appearances.

Betfair is also offering odds of 2.26 for Melbourne Storm to be leading at half-time and full-time at the ANZ stadium on Sunday.

On the other hand The Eels are on 4.40 with the same bookmaker to lead at the half way mark and at the end of the game.

The Eels are chasing their first title since the mid-80s while Melbourne Storm are after a place in history with their second Premiership in four years.
