Two new South Sydney Rabbitohs recruits are to make their debuts in the Return to Redfern 2010 match in February.

Rabbitohs fans will have a close eye on David Taylor and Sam Burgess to see if they can boost their side's NRL 2010 odds.

Head coach John Lang said both would be appearing in the February 7 game against Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles.

Lang added: "Dave will have had over two months of pre-season training under his belt by then, and Sam will have been training for over a month with the Club.

"I'm really looking forward to seeing these guys play for us and I’m sure the Rabbitohs Members are as well."

South Sydney are currently out at 16.00 for the 2010 season at SportsBet's NRL betting market.

Manly are the current joint favourites with Parramatta, at 5.00, while Melbourne Storm stand on 7.00.

The Rabbitohs have already been in training for 2010 for more than three months and have also been working on the strength of their squad.

Burgess, who starred for England in his side's loss to Australia in the weekend's Four Nations final, was signed from Bradford, while Taylor came from Brisbane Broncos.
