Everton suffered a massive blow to their Champions League hopes as 2 own goals seen them lose 2-0 to Southampton in week 36. For Man City the weekend could not have gone any better. With Chelsea beating Liverpool, the Premier League title was firmly placed back in their hands and is now theirs to lose.
