AFL Round 5 bettings odds and fixtures below:

Western Bulldogs v Adelaide betting odds @ The Etihad Stadium. April 23.
The Crows have been woeful so far this season, well below those lofty pre-season ambitions. The Bulldogs quite rightly are one of this week's betting bankers, but we cannot touch them at just 1.09 with Sportsbet. Instead, take a look at The Bulldogs to win by over 40 points at 1.85 with the same bookie.

Sydney v West Coast betting odds @ The SCG. April 24.
As the season takes shape, we are seeing more and more of these lop sided looking betting contests. The Swans have started the season very strongly, and thier only defeat came in Round 1 against St Kilda. West Coast have made a horrible start to the season and have little hope here.

Melbourne v Brisbane betting odds @ The MCG. April 24.

Port Adelaide v St Kilda betting odds @ The AAMI Stadium. April 24.
Another short priced team here, and rightly so. St Kilda have been our long term fancy for 2010, and we see no reason to desert them now. The Power performed well for long periods against Geelong, but were eventually well beaten. This might be a tougher test than many anticipate for The Saints, take the odds of 2.25 with Sportsbet for St Kilda to win by 1-40 points.

Collingwood v Essendon betting odds @ The MCG. April 25.
Another banker bet in the eyes of the bookies here, The Pies are looking strong, and Essendon have just 1 win so far. Collingwood MUST land the odds here if they are to be taken seriously thiss season. But not a game to get involved with from a punting point of view.

Hawthorn v North Melbourne betting odds @ The Aurora Stadium. April 25.
Hawthorn have won 3 games this term, North Melbourne only 1. This will be very tough for the visitors, and this is another home banker at odds of 1.35 with Sportsbet.

Fremantle v Richmond betting odds @ The Subiaco. April 25.
What more can you say about sorry Richmond, online bookies Sportsbet have already paid out to those punters who backed them for the wooden spoon. I doubt Fremantle have ever been priced up at odds of 1.04 for an AFL game before now. Fremantle are unbackable at the odds, sso leave this game alone.

Carlton v Geelong betting odds @ The MCG. April 26.
ANOTHER banker bet to complete a full round of betting bankers. Geelong look strong, and are getting better, Carlton are available at 4.50 forthis clash, but again, an uninspiring betting proposition.

What can we say - a bizarre set of 1 sided fixtures this week. No doubt the big favourite backers will be getting involved, but we won't. We cannot recommend a single value bet this week.
