That win at Goodwood in the Glorious Stakes wasn't just a gutsy run in less-than-ideal conditions - there were some decent points of comparison in the field, including 2012 St Leger winner Encke and Gai Waterhouse's Cafe Society, who will be another horse almost certainly headed for Australia in the Spring to be involved in the Caulfield Cup or the Melbourne Cup or both. Pether's Moon beat both of them handily, and we're looking forward to seeing him on Australian soil come the Melbourne Spring!
