Stoute 1-2-3 scoop £1M race winnings

Sir Michael Stoute's stable reigned supreme in Saturday's big horse race at Ascot, UK.

Conduit, who headed the betting as the 13/8 favourite, charged home in front of stablemates Tartan Bearer and Ask to net a cool near-£1million in race winnings for the stable.

After much consideration, Ryan Moore picked the best of the 3 horses, and punters followed his lead. A big money gamble saw the favourite in the betting shorten from 2/1 to 13/8 at the off.

"I'm very proud of them - they've all ran great races. It ranks very high among my career achievements - this is a bit special" said the trainer after this latest group 1 race success.

Conduit is now 4/1 favourite to repeat last year's success and land the Breeders' Cup Turf in the states later this year and has been cut to just 7/1 for the Prix de l'arc de Triomphe.
