But the players and the coaches will be working hard not to look past the next game, and we recommend you do the same, looking at some of the odds on offer…
Friday night’s entertainment will be a clash between an Essendon side who will need to improve on last week’s performance, and a Hawthorn outfit who will be looking to come through without any injuries after a gruelling few weeks on the road, and who are facing a tough end to the season. The Hawks are favourites at $1.36, with Essendon getting $3.15 from the bookies.
Elsewhere at the weekend, Collingwood at $1.001 and Geelong at $1.06 are both rightly strong favourites, but look out for a closer game between Gold Coast and Carlton, with Carlton at $1.48 and Gold Coast at $2.60. We’ll be keeping an eye out on Sunday to see how Richmond and Sydney go, in a game that’ll have an impact near the top of the ladder. Sydney are $1.24 favourites against Richmond’s $4.00…
