And it’s the Strikers who are making the early running, finding some sizzling form in their first three games, and making the top spot on the ladder theirs by rights. They’ve got star quality in spades, plus their bowling has been on song – and there’s plenty more to come from them, too, if Kieron Pollard can find some form in the remaining games. With the Sixers seeing their first defeat of the campaign this week, and the Strikers sitting on a game in hand, too, it could be that the top spot on the ladder is there for the Strikers to lose.
