The Rabbitohs have been nothing short of a powerhouse in recent years. Take a look at the NRL odds we’ve got for you, and you’ll see that once again they’re short odds to make 2015 a winning season. The Warriors have suffered in recent years from a chronic inconsistency that has seen them struggling to find a finals berth, and in fact last season saw them finish in ninth spot on the ladder. But Crowe thinks they’ve got the makings of a winning formula: ‘it wouldn’t take much to get the Warriors to win a competition. You’re one team in a whole country. The way you make a sports club strong is through membership, and your time so there’s never a lull in your year. So you don’t go into preseason and you’re scrabbling around to pay bills. They need to go around the country a bit more and not be so Auckland-focused. The potential of what they can do…they’re the strongest team in the NRL I think.’

Are you buying Crowe’s take on the Warriors? The bookies have them at odds of $15.00 to claim the 2015 title, and more likely at odds of $1.80 to find a place in the finals in the coming season.
