State Of Origin Odds: Get Your Tickets!
May 15th, 2014 by TJ DilferYou would think that the spectacle of the 100th State of Origin match would be enough to get fans piling into the SunCorp Stadium, and under normal circumstances, we reckon you’d be right. The State of Origin odds might be against the Blues, but there’s no doubt that it will be a bruising, hard-fought series, and there will be no shortage of Queensland fans who want to be there to see their side to an impressive ninth series win.
But there’s been a bit of a problem with the tickets. The meaner side of us wants to say that greed has got the better of whoever prices the tickets – the simple fact of the matter is that the 100th State of Origin could be the first in a long time that’s not sold out because the tickets have been overpriced. All is not lost at this point – there have been a fresh raft of cheaper tickets made available in an effort to shift the remaining nine or ten thousand. If you’re in a position to get hold of a ticket or two, and get yourself to the SunCorp Stadium, we’re sure you’ll be in for a treat – even if you’re a Blues fan!
